Kaitlin M. Skelton, MAI

 

Kaitlin began her career as an appraiser with BTRCA in 2015. In October 2021, she was awarded the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. Kaitlin has been a New York State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser since 2018. 

 

Kaitlin’s appraisal assignments focus on lending, litigation, and estate appraisals for a variety of property types multifamily, commercial, industrial, recreational, and special use properties. Areas of special interest include recreational land and affordable housing. She has worked on all types of estates and interests, including fee simple, leased fee, leasehold, and going concerns.

 

Kaitlin is a 2013 graduate of the University of Rochester with a dual Bachelors of Arts in Financial Economics and International Relations with a minor in French.
