Justin R. Martin, MAI, CCIM

 

Justin began his career as an appraiser with BTRCA in 2007.  In August 2014 he was awarded the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. Justin is a New York State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, and as of October 2016, a designated member of the CCIM Institute 

 

Justin's appraisal assignments focus largely on lending work on all property types, including commercial, industrial and special use properties with a focus on going concerns including golf course/country club, marina, carwash and hotel properties.  Additionally, He is also experienced in feasibility and market analysis, litigation support and valuation for estate planning.  He has worked on all types of estates and interests, including fee simple, leased fee, leasehold, partial interests and going concerns.

Justin is a 2005 graduate of the State University of New York College at Brockport with a Bachelors of Science in History with a minor in Anthropology.
