Andrew R. Kniesel, SRA

 

Andy began his career as an appraiser with BTRCA in 2015.  In October 2020, he was awarded the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute.  Andrew is a New York State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser.

 

Andy’s appraisal assignments focus largely on lending work of all residential property types, including single-family, 2-4 family, condominium/townhouses, and residential vacant land.

Additionally, Andy is on the Residential Valuation of Sustainable Buildings Registry through the Appraisal Institute.

He is a 2017 graduate of SUNY Empire State College with a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management & Economics with a minor in Business Administration.
