Rachel E. Gaillard, SRA

Rachel began working at BTRCA in 2016. She was awarded the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2023. Rachel is a New York State Certified Residential Appraiser.

 

Rachel’s appraisal assignments focus largely on private work of all types of residential properties including, but not limited to, single- and multi-family dwellings, mansions, lakefront properties, and vacant land. Additionally, Rachel works on lending portfolios pertaining to a variety of commercial properties. Rachel works on all types of estates and interests, including fee simple, leased fee, leasehold, partial interests, and going concerns.

 

Rachel is a 2008 graduate of Ithaca College with a bachelor’s degree in international business and French. Having lived in France for over a decade, Rachel is fluent in French.
